Project Engineer/Manager
The Project Engineer/Manager will possess strong working knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems, and other Operations Technology (OT). Lead the scoping, delivery, and success of projects, as well as manage client relationships to the RED Group standard. This position may require 25% travel to customer facilities. Your Role
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving appropriate stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
- Consult with clients to conceptualize and deliver success
- Ensure that all projects are delivered per the requirements/expectations
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques
- Submit deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards
- Manage the relationship/communications with external and internal stakeholders (clients, team, vendors, etc.)
- Organize and participate in team/client meetings
- Coordinate the team throughout all project management phases
- Ensure team members have the required information and resources to be effective
Qualifications & Skills
- BSEE, BSME, or related Engineering degree from an accredited university, or commensurate experience
- 3+ years of experience successfully delivering I/E/C projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project is required
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Must have the ability to obtain a TWIC card
