Kyle Remont, PE
President, Founder

Kyle Remont is the Founder and President of RED Group, and has over two decades of experience performing, leading, and consulting on IT, OT, and Industrial Control System projects and programs in multiple industries. He launched his career as a Control Systems Engineer for a maritime manufacturer and then for a petrochemical-focused engineering firm prior to founding RED Group in 2006.

Throughout the history of the company, Kyle has held many responsibilities across all areas of RED Group and has a deep understanding of the operational details across the business.

Kyle is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the business, establishing short-term and long-term goals, and regularly consults with teams, clients, and partners to enhance service quality and drive growth.

 

 

Carl Fangue
CEO

Carl Fangue began his OT-focused career with an upstream Oil and Gas asset owner, supporting their enterprise technology (IT) as well as their operations technology (OT) infrastructure. In 2009, shortly after its inception, he joined Cimation and held several roles with continued increasing responsibility.  During this time, Carl was made partner and promoted to VP, Operations & Strategic Development.

After Cimation was acquired by Accenture in 2015, Carl held the position of Managing Director in the Industry X.0 group for over 2 years to integrate the team and operations into Accenture.

At RED Group, as an owner and CEO, Carl is responsible for designing, iterating, and executing on the corporate vision, as well as optimizing the company culture. Carl is passionate about building high-performing teams and working closely with clients and team members to ensure all are collectively reaching their goals. Carl holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of New Orleans.

 

 

Victor Vich
Vice President, Project Management Office

Victor Vich has over 15 years of experience managing projects and programs in the industrial realm. Victor’s experience encompasses managing projects in manufacturing, systems integration, field deployments, telecommunications, and field services.

In his role as Vice President of Project Management Office, Victor is responsible for establishing company standard procedures and processes, overseeing all project execution methodologies, facilitating revenue growth, and managing strategic projects. Victor also serves as an invaluable mentor and leader to RED Group’s Project Managers.
