Kyle Remont, PE
President, Founder
Kyle Remont is the Founder and President of RED Group, and has over two decades of experience performing, leading, and consulting on IT, OT, and Industrial Control System projects and programs in multiple industries. He launched his career as a Control Systems Engineer for a maritime manufacturer and then for a petrochemical-focused engineering firm prior to founding RED Group in 2006.
Throughout the history of the company, Kyle has held many responsibilities across all areas of RED Group and has a deep understanding of the operational details across the business.
Kyle is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the business, establishing short-term and long-term goals, and regularly consults with teams, clients, and partners to enhance service quality and drive growth.
Carl Fangue
CEO
Carl Fangue began his OT-focused career with an upstream Oil and Gas asset owner, supporting their enterprise technology (IT) as well as their operations technology (OT) infrastructure. In 2009, shortly after its inception, he joined Cimation and held several roles with continued increasing responsibility. During this time, Carl was made partner and promoted to VP, Operations & Strategic Development.
After Cimation was acquired by Accenture in 2015, Carl held the position of Managing Director in the Industry X.0 group for over 2 years to integrate the team and operations into Accenture.
At RED Group, as an owner and CEO, Carl is responsible for designing, iterating, and executing on the corporate vision, as well as optimizing the company culture. Carl is passionate about building high-performing teams and working closely with clients and team members to ensure all are collectively reaching their goals. Carl holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of New Orleans.
Jake Mattix
Partner & Director, Business Development
Jake has been with RED Group since 2011 and has played a pivotal role in the growth of the organization. Jake’s passion for supporting our current and prospective clients, as well as our team, makes him an invaluable part of the group. In addition to leading the Business Development efforts at RED Group, Jake sits on the leadership team, developing and executing strategic initiatives across the organization.
Jake’s vision to serve a diverse and unique client base across many verticals has become a reality, through the significant efforts of many, and is core to the overall RED Group vision. Jake is an advocate of continuous improvement within the walls of RED Group, and he brings this passion to our client engagements as well.
Harry Lanclos
Vice President, Operations
Harry Lanclos is the Vice President, Operations of RED Group, bringing nearly 20 years of leadership experience delivering industrial and environmental services across oil and gas and broader industrial markets. He launched his career with Tervita Corporation in 2006, progressing from field operations and engineering into general management.
From 2013 to 2025, Harry held expanding leadership roles with HydroChemPSC, advancing from Area Manager to President of Upstream Oil and Gas Services, serving on the executive management team. He went on to serve as Vice President with its successor HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors following the acquisition.
Harry joined RED Group in 2025 and was promoted to Vice President, Operations in 2026, where he leads the company’s operational organization, driving performance, business growth, and client success across its operating units. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Moody Executive Institute.
